Independent Debt Capital Markets LLP (IDCM) was established in 2009 as an Appointed Representative of Mirabaud Securities LLP. The business was established to capitalise on the opportunity of developing a fixed income business that will service both large and mid cap issuers as well as a broad range of institutional investors.

IDCM will operate in both the primary and secondary fixed income markets across
currencies. IDCM offers advisory, arranging and execution capabilities to its chosen
issuer and investor clients. Our philosophy of "advantage through knowledge and
independence" is demonstrated by the best advice approach of our team and our deep
understanding of the international debt capital markets.

We partner with our issuer clients to tailor optimal solutions to meet strategic plans and
financing requirements, and for our investors a service that will focus on asset / liability
matching and portfolio solutions. We offer complete independence of view and have no
conflicts of interest. We are interested in developing long term client relationships
with both issuers and investors based on trust and integrity.

Now more than ever, understanding and mastering a rapidly changing environment requires the expertise of highly qualified professionals. Given many of the traditional
commercial banks are shrinking their balance sheets and thus their lending capacity going forward there will be a need for companies to seek a greater proportion of
their funding from the international debt capital markets. Accordingly access to this
market will become ever more important. IDCM brings together in an advisory,
arranging and execution capacity both issuers who are seeking to source funding
and investors who are looking to provide the capital to the benefit of all parties.
